The statue of Harry Jerome in Stanley Park, silhouetted by Vancouver downtown lightings. He was one of the famous runners and holder of world records in his era.
I used tripod and also lowest ISO to accommodate longer exposure time for soft effect of water ripples. Here is the same location [link] in my scraps.
